I am going to Comic Con! Not that this is anything new, I have been for the past four years. We are staying at the Pacific Shores inn, literally on the beach and only about 2 miles from downtown and the Con. driving down mid Friday to catch a few things. I really want to see THE WATCHMEN preview. Allan Moore FTW! I am rather looking forward to this, It is exciting. my closest friends and myself always go and have a good old time. Plus there is tons of free shwag.

Well, other than that I went garage saleing? and found the brilliant helmets,I knew the woman had no Idea what they were, so when she said six dollars for both, I gave her the money and left as quickly as I could get to my car. They are early 70's GT motorcycle racing helmets. Buco Enduro, and Fury are the brands, One is red metal flake, and the other is just a flat red. Both with straps still intact! I am soo stoked, I got lids for them, and am cleaning them up, I gave my little sister the Fury (the metal flake one) and am going to get it pinstriped for her, she is happy.

That find was brilliant. almost the best find I made, I also found a couple of long sleeve button ups from around '73, cowboy style, a Chinese tea set from Shenghai, and a new sake set (actually two)

it was a nice haul.


alright I don't have much else to say. it's a nice day so I am going to try and go play before work.
