Change Done Came.
I'm back from a prolonged hiatus only to find things are a little different around here. I sometimes get frustrated with this site. I can't escape the feeling that i've somehow fallen into some bizzarre internet popularity contest. It just takes too much energy to try and make new friends around here, and said energy is better put to use looking at pictures of naked girls. Maybe its just me. People can be really cold and despondent.
I dropped out of school (AGAIN). Well it cant really be considered dropping out because i was never enrolled as a full time student. I just stopped going.
As a result...
The following year of my life is going to be spent either:
a) living in my parents basement, selling pot and working night-shift
b) in Scotland, drinking more than i probably should
c) being a truck driver. haha, oh man. im not even joking.
d) going to school at Ryerson.
I'm hoping for either b or d. moreso d, but thats tentative.
If you live in the GTA you should probably come to one of these concerts.
They'll change your life. I swear.
Broken Social Scene, Feist, Bloc Party - Saturday 06/24/06
The Walkmen - Tuesday 06/27/06
Camera Obscura - Tuesday 07/04/06
Metric w. The Secret Machines and The Fiery Furnaces - Saturday 07/15/06
French Kicks - Friday 08/04/06
Wolf Parade and Frog Eyes - Saturday 08/05/06
And now for something completely different.
What the hell ever happened to JTT? He just sort of fell off the face of the earth. Leo may not be plastered all over the cover of Bop and Teen Beat anymore, but at least he's busy impregnating Brazilian supermodels and starring in Martin Scorcese films. I'm pretty sure Jonathon Taylor Thomas is sitting around drinking beer with Andrew Keagan, or Joey and Matthew Lawrence trying to figure out what the fuck happened to their careers or argueing about who is most deserving of a spot on next seasons The Surreal Life. These are the type of things you think about when you work night shift.

wolf parade and frog eyes are here on the 11th of august. sunset rubdown and frog eyes were here last month. if nothing else, this summer will be good for music.
pps- i wonder how hard it is for JTT to get laid. his pickup line should be anything but "hey. didn't you have a crush on me in grade six?"
