So upon completing a story I had to write for class, the ending actually surprised me. First time while writing that something like that happened. Oh well, it was an interesting experience.

that happens to me often when writing a paper... but in that case it sucks cuz if the conclusion doesn't fit the thesis, I have to rewrite the whole damn thing.
