I have survived over a week of lockdown by myself!
I would like to say Iv used this time and been really productive but I have mostly just eaten, done yoga and napped.
Does anyone else put pressure on themselves they should be doing more?
or get up feeling motivated and loose that motivation by lunch time?
Anyway counting down the weeks I can go back to work and have a kinda normal life again!

I am still working at the moment being NHS but on my off days motivations is defiantly an issue. Before lockdown I got back to the gym and was I a good place. Now I have to redo it all again. Hope you find your motivation soon!
