it sucks having to start your saturday pissed off. weekends are usually reserved for my husband and i. we typically spend the whole weekend together, since he works monday-friday, and he hops on the computer when he gets home. so i look forward to having time with him to myself for the freaking weekend.
today we had planned to go to a car show, and i assumed spend the rest of the day just laying around doing whatever. apparently his friend, wanted to hang out. reason being, the friend took off of work to surprise his wife and take her out, but she already made plans with her girlfriends and didnt want to cancel them. now their relationship is all wonky to begin with, so there is really no love or intimacy there. but my husband assumes its ok, to basically ditch me for the entire evening, to go hang out with him, and springs this on me today.
for one, yeah-you get to see this dude alot. you talk to him alot. it is not MY fault that his own damn wife does not want to spend time with him. so why should OUR time together be fucked up because your friend is lonely. he does have other friends ya know...
now to most, this may seem like something small and not important, but to me it is. see my husband has a weird schedule. he works from 2-10:30pm. so he wakes up at about 12 pm, jumps on the computer till about 1, showers, then leaves at 1 30. when he gets home, ranging from 11-11:30, he jumps on the computer, and spends, ohhh...till about 3-4-5am on the computer. i know my husband is a freaking computer addict. and we'll talk and chit chat while he was on the computer, but during the week, i get very little face to face physical time with him-which is why i look forward to the weekends. and im definitely not happy by him being so damn inconsiderate as to assume that im ok with him ditching me for the fucking evening, when he KNOWS how i look forward to our weekends together.
im just frustrated with him
