New Years Resolution: Lose 30 pounds by July.
Seems do-able, right?
Yeah, I thought so too.
And then I took a spinning class at the UCF gym. And I haven't been able to walk since. Haha.
Well, I have, of course, been able to walk. But every step is the most painful step I have ever taken (at least in regards to my hamstrings). And forget taking long strides. Or sitting for prolonged periods of times. Hell, even trying to fall asleep is painful.
And many of my classes are on the 4th story of (a) certain building(s). The elevator has become my best friend, even though I seem like a lazy bastard. Ha.
This means I have not worked out for 3 days. Ahh. I feel like a failure. :p
I think I pulled my right hamstring and strained my left. This is most likely due to the fact I did not warm up. I just hopped on the stationary bike and started doing whatever the instructor was telling the class to do (peddling a bike for 45 minutes straight on various resistancies, and doing various "jumps," is a freaking workout, no matter what anyone says!). I was running late, and I didn't think it would be a big deal.
OH, I GOT MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR! :p
