My guy bought me some ginger tea that I added honey too and my throat/voice is better. I just need to get rid of the stuffy nose and slight cough that still lingers. But, I can talk! Thanks for your advice. *HUG*

completely understandable.... My puppy is my whole world. My boyfriend makes jokes that when I go out of town I miss Napolean more then him. He doesn't really care but he knows its true. That dog is my whole life.

I feel for you. Twice I've had to give away new pups because of one reason or another. Real tears there.... But I just adopted my niece's lab a few months back. He was too big to be around her kids (tail kept knocking over the one trying to walk), so I was lucky enough and more than willing to take him off her hands. Just added some "Abe" shots in my PICS folder.

Don't worry. It sounds like Cassie was great, but you'll have another dog one day, and love him/her/it just as much as you did Cassie.

Yay, the air conditioner is fixed finally! TWO WEEKS (and somesuch days) in 80ish degree weather... without AC... is horrid.

Apparently they fixed it yesterday while I was at the dog park with the puppy. I just found the note. Hurrah!
