I'm starting my 3rd week of Tattoo training.
I go every Tues. & Wed. for about 3-4 hrs.
The place I'm going to, "M&M Tattoo" is giving me the "Crash Course" in tattooing.
They feel that my already inherited artistic skills will allow me to learn very quickly, & that I'll be Tattooing in a very short amount of time.
The only downside is that they teach a standard 4-month course, costing $6000, which includes a pretty nice starting kit for students, that I will not get. I don't have that kind of scratch, so I'll be paying them back by kicking back a % of what I make for a time. Because I'm getting the "Crash Course", & no kit, it won't be as high a cost.
Along with all the knowledge I've taken in on Stenciling, Sanitizers, the Green Soap, Stencil Machines, & the tattoo Machine itself, I've started Tattooing.
The first week they had me practice tattooing on a ORANGE (A Orange's Skin is close enough to human skin)
The 2nd week, I worked on a Melon & started learning how to do color.
Color meaning BLACK.
Today I worked on a new Melon. Practice Practice Practice!
I'm told that I'll may actually be working on SKIN on Thurs. Doing a Tribal design.
I hope I'm ready...
