time for a big arse update
so how is everyone?
henry rollins was fucking excellent
me and tasha made the mistake of getting there at around 5pm, we where seated by 6.30pm and henry rollins didnt come on stage till 8pm
i drank several bottles of grolsch by this time and got rather mangled
this is me rather spangled
eating some healthy quarter pounders

josh is doing great
hes gonna be walking so soon
were going swimming every sunday now and hes a proper little show off
my training os going ok
dropped 10lbs this month
wanna drop some more until i look like an extra from 300 for the summer
