two hot naked guys in the bath

josh has got pretty bad nappy rash at the moment
hes teething and beginning to crawl
my son is awesome
ok im thinking of a list of advice i can give josh in later life

1)its always best to regret the things you do than the things you dont do.
if you get the opportunity, take it. lifes to short for regrets.

2)never fight fair.
from the first time i saw my dad have a fight and beat the guy up with a plank of wood its the most important lesson ive learnt.
its better the other guys mother cries for him than mine cries for me.

3)when in doubt, fuck.
this explains itself

4) just because someone can beat you up dont mean you have to be scared of them
never let yourself be bullied

5)nothing comes without hard work
self discipline is king. everytime you train or study and the other guy doesnt you win.

6)treat people the way you want to be treated
if someone is nice to you, be nice back. if someone is rude, fucking stomp them.

7)manners cost nothing
please and thank you open alot of doors.

8)you can never change the world
but you can make your own little contribution to making it better for the people round you
