so time for an update
trained on saturday morning and really hurt a guy because of something he did to me. we was grappling and he started bending my fingers back which your not allowed to do so i slapped a key lock on his arm and let him tap for a few seconds before i let it go.
oh well. fuck him.
i went out on saturday night to see hills have eyes. e missed the showing and had to wait 2 hours for the next one.
so we went to KFC and i had my usual bargain bucket meal to myself.
we then went back to the cinema and watched the film (AWESOME! DADDY! GURGLE GURGLE!)
anyway about 3 hours later im throwing up and shitting non stop. i came down with some fucking horrible food poisoning. its tuesday afternoon and i still aint been able to eat a thing without it coming back up again. i had to go doctors and give a sample (which was nice).
i worked yesterday but got sent home from work today because i puked up on site. ive lost over 15 lbs and am so fucked off.

Ahh, KFC does that. I had a spicy zinger thing and dear lordy, was I zinging a fair deal the next morning.
