so the weekend is over
back at training
shake some fat off my belly and arse.
theres a nice case of chest infections going around the gym so knowing my luck im bound to get it.
i got so depressed today.
my sister came over with her kids.
i was messing around with the youngest one, yus who is 8.
hes already 5ft tall and such a sturdy little fucker.
the git has got the same size hands and feet as me and hes only 8!!!
if its true what they say about the same of them then he is a boy to watch out for in the future ladies!

i also bought serenity! i saw it twice at the cinema because im a firefly geek but i bought it so go fuck yourselves.

did abit of revision for a major exam ive got coming up in 3 weeks. three phase and AC theory is so much fun!
