i've been trying to think of somethings to say before the end of the evening, maybe even something profound. not really working.

i will say this: while i have usually lacked total seriousness, i have always tried to be something of the John Stewart of the CE. when i first started lurking, that's what the CE was; never totally serious, but almost always topical. it may say that i've been a member since '04, but i only really "found" the forums in early '07. i wish i had paid more attention before then.

i don't really feel the need to comment on the changes of late, for many others have been and will be saying many of the same things that has been rippling through the part of the community that i peruse.

i will miss participating in a community that fit myself and many others of a similar bent, but even if i stayed, i think those days are drawing to a close. places evolve, and not always to the benefit of those inhabiting them.

maybe i shall return, but i doubt it will be anytime soon. because she's awesome, i might pop in via stem for a look around, Cheap Shot -> Sinister Strike x3 -> Kidney Shot -> /tickle people, if i feel like it.

i'm tired of most of the photosets and the natives are getting restless and aren't as fun at parties as they used to be.

have a glass for Zarth and bald_eagle and we'll call it good.
