i am happy to find that the Venture Bros. are back and in good form!
Phantom Limb's a tool.
sometimes it amuses me to no end to read the debates about katanas on the official D&D boards at Wizards of the Coast's website. all the really good ones seem to be gone, now, but if you haven't ever caught one, i'll sum it up for you: anime and cheesy samurai flick fanboys squaring off against European-centric assholes. i've seen everything for arguments from "a properly maintained katana can cut through a decent sized tree in a single cut" to "the Japanese mainly used swords only because they rarely had any armor that wasn't made of reeds and bamboo."
classy meets intelligent.
