What a wonderful piece of equipment. On loan from a friend right now... she's all mine (for a while). Her name is Missy, for obvious reasons. Punchy ass basslines, wicked non-tonal leads, and a vocoder that really kicks the monkey's butt.
This is what the magazines lead me to believe. From real life experience, she's been more of a MIDI controller for various Reason and Project5 patches. I've recently been on a trip of programming sequences into her... THAT, she does very well...
What the magazines failed to mention though, is that it's an awesome instrument for a very reasonable price. Almost every electronic artist has shunned it as a toy with non-superior sound capabilities. How Far from the truth can so many people get? It's wonderful and filled with gooey stuff you can't even imagine in your sick sick goo filled head. I'd sleep with a dirty football coach to own outright this baby... A football coach with diseases.
BT, Velvet Acid Christ and DJ Quik use this thing to it's max. They also make great broccoli-cheese soup.
