Last night I got to go see The Rounders and Dale Watson. The Rounders are my absolute favorite unsigned band. I got to hang out backstage all night, and even got to meet Dale Watson, who is one the nicest, coolest guys ever.
Throughout Dale's set he interlaced all this commentary about how much country music sucks, that people who like real country can't even listen to country radio because the music is so horrid.
The thing I liked about last night was the fact that I got to see some great performers in a smaller venue where there was great energy. Real country music lives on, in spite of the shit that Nashville shoves down our throats.

I've only been to Chattanooga twice in my entire life. I vaguely remember it being interesting...
Background tracks? Are you a studio musician? Cool! Good luck with that! Rip 'em to shreds with your mad guitar/bass/drum/producing skills!
