This is Leeann Tweeden. She is a model and she hosts a late-night poker show. She was also in the December 2011 issue of Playboy Magazine (the beach shots are pictures from that). And she's a "MILF" ha ha (I don't use that acronym so much anymore), she's 42 years old and she had her first kid a few years ago.
