First journal entry time. Here we go...
May as well give ya some background on myself, since I don't really know anyone here and you always gotta start somewhere.
Born on a Canadian army base in Lahr, Germany on June 29th, 1981, I was a healthy baby boy. My parents soon moved back to Canada and moved cross-country from Comox to Montreal to Mission before I turned 6. Lived there for two years before moving to a small town called Agassiz ("Corn capital of BC") in the Fraser Valley. Lived there until I graduated and moved out to Vancouver with other relatives to go to school for a pharmacy technician course.
I've lived in Vancouver ever since and much prefer it to small, farming towns out in the boonies. Due to overwhelming shyness, I didn't really get any friends here in the big city until I got fulltime internet access, whereupon I was able to find others of similar interests (see profile for example). My group of friends and acquaintances has slowly but surely been growing since then, I'm happy to say.
I guess my joining this site is yet another branching out of sorts and I hope to make some more friends here.
Hell, maybe even meet someone special
PS: I'll be regularly updating when I have the time, so feel free to check back every so often.
