We're still not in the shop yet. Why?? Because solicitors and estate agents are all shit. We were supposed to be in there last weeks, then yesterday, then today, no possibly tomorrow!!! This is driving Rich mad!!! It better work or I am out of a job for a while until it's all sorted.
But, I am looking forward to it, it should be a good laugh, I am far enough from the office to not be annoyed, but also close enough to shout when I need to go to the toilet.
The past few days have been alright, not really done much, I do seem to have ignored my two other blogs for a while, which is bad, but....I have been busy writing. I am about to finish issue three of my comic, but I am going to get some of my writing friends to read it for me, I am really not sure about it, so I need several opinions to know where I am lacking.
I entering another writing competition this month. The genre is crime...perfect...means I can test out my new character. He's my Sherlock Holmes, and he has a sausage dog!! Yes, this should be fun, I am going to do some more research on Holmes and go back and read Sir Edward Grey as well . Not sure exactly what the crime will be, but I am sure I can think of something worth while. It's 1,500 to 1,700 words which is quite hard on the fact it's not allot of words to play with, so I believe this will take multiple drafts to perfect.
