I'm shattered. The condo that I was hoping to put an offer on tomorrow went into escrow today....Damn.....I was so excited about this, but oh well, there are others out there. What a pain in the ass this whole buying process is. Between the realtor, the mortgage companies, and my dad, I'm ready to blow a fuse. Anybody have any good advice for buying a house or condo? Please help!!
