Right so, last Wednesday (the one 48 hours ago) I got my marks, EEP!
Which in itself would have made it a stressful enough day, but when added to that the fact that I called the university almost 5 hours before they would have become available then spent the rest of the day worrying, it really didn't help.
Long story short, I got a 2.2, which is good enough, but I'm not that happy with it, and as I was online for a 2.1 I want to find out what went wrong and if possible re-do that bit, because I can't take this line of study any further (i.e. masters etc.) if I have less than a 2.1 and even then my portfolio would have to speak for itself (and I hope it does).
Went into London yesterday to see Goldsmith's Graduate Jewellery and Silversmith graduate show, was well worth checking out esp. with free admission, can't guarantee you'll be fascinated or entertained for more than an hour, but none the less, it is well worth going to just have a look at all of the different takes on what could be achieved.
Anyway, all of this aside, just following up possible job and internship opportunities at the moment, so if you know of any, preferably with a design/art/photographic role, then PLEASE recommend me, because, frankly I ROCK!
