It really is ridiculous; like, it's ALMOST funny -- I've been in so many customer-oriented positions that deal with SUCH less important things, and I go to so much greater lengths to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. And then there's this, where, really .. it's pretty critical. And the dollar amount adds up exponentially, and the implications just RACK up. And the people are just like " .. WELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, .. I don't know what to fuckin' tell ya. No, really. I don't know what to tell you. Bye."
It's amazing? I have actually turned into one of the belligerent people on the other end of the phone, which I NEVER thought would happen, because it's the only response I can come up with. Just, being an asshole.
But yeah. I mean, it will get handled eventually, -technically.- But it will cost way more than it COULD have, or SHOULD have, and it won't be ideal. Which is stupid.
If I were dealing with myself, across the phone line, or someone semi-reasonable, .. with patience, understanding, compassion and a GIVE-A-FUCK level past a 2 .. things would be so different at this point.

But, thanks for the positivity. :/
