most people, and i do not intend to demean those optimists (this is a perfectly wonderful outlook and i am glad it helps), see the good: the wonderful thinkers (the philosophers [make your choice of any ten or more]), artists who capture the beauty of humankind and the natural world (and those who make pictures of beauty and landscape that prove to be in context horrific scenes of bloodshed and despair). the facts are that everything is relative; experience determines outlook and, of course, those who feel that human suffering outweighs the happiness and joy experienced (such as myself) will continually long for the bliss that escapes them and still endure the pain that is ever present
