New Favorite SG Blog! Today's unlucky target:
Kurosune
I first came into contact with Kurosune when she was tweeting about her advice blog. I wrote up a question about criticism (because I speak publicly, and EVERYONE has an opinion on how it should be done) and she gave me a much longer, and well thought out answer than I expected to get
More importantly: it was a heartfelt response. She drew from a lot of personal issues that she had received criticism about. I fell in love with how well-spoken (or well-typed I suppose) she was.
Time warp forward to when I signed up for SG. I wrote her a quick message along with sending a friend request on this site. Her response to my message put a smile on my face simply because it was so enthusiastic. I love when people can make someone else feel like their existence matters. Especially if they can do it in two sentences.
Then: upon becoming her friend, I got access to her blog (MUAHAHAHAHAHA) and got to read a little bit about her life and current happenings. Mind = blown. I didn't do any back tracking through the blogs (not that creepy) but even in the last month: Passing her exams, shooting for SG, and taking on fostering 2 very young children? That lady works her ass off. I admire every ounce of passion and drive that girl has. She's such an inspiration.
Then came the last blog I read. About the children leaving. It broke my heart to even read. She's such a wonderful human being. She's living proof that there are Angels right here with us, regardless of what you believe. There's no other explanation for someone so giving and caring. Plain and simple: Angelic.
Now: Add to all of this that she's a complete babe, photogenic, intelligent like you wouldn't believe and very down to earth, and you have all of the makings of why she's on the Fave SG list.
Love ya, beautiful.
