A few hours late, but my Wednesday check in for this whole fitness thing.
I can officially declare that the sag on my chest is now gone! I want to build my pecs a bit more now, but main thing was getting that sag gone!
Okay, After the runs last week i had to take a goodly amount of days and not run. Building those muscles back up, so cross trained close to everyday until Monday, which I then ran for 42 minutes, but because I forgot to turn the gps on... I know not the mileage. i am guessing close to 4 miles cross country. I will know the exact mileage come friday.
And then today, actually waled up and down the mountain that I wish to run up in and down without stopping by no later than September(most likely by July knowing me, but I learned to make long goals due to health issues).
My weight is 158.8, and I look a bit more fit than last week, so I am revising my plan a little bit. not gonna to have a weight exactly goal since it appears my body has hit it's ideal weight, so I will concentrate on tone and converting most of that fat into muscle.
