This is a heartbreaking week for sure. Not necessarily with my life but with the many many amazing friends I and the rest of my band have in New Orleans. I have been able to speak with most but not all of them because of the cell phone complications. Some have driven to Memphis to be with friends and others stayed and I believe are without power. I am hoping to be able to travel down to new orleans to help any friends ( they are actualy like my family ) with clean up that I can in the next few weeks. I will just have to take off sometime @ work but they will need the help. 
In other news a girl that I have known for what seems like atleast 7yrs but has only actually been 3yrs has become a big part of my life and is making me happy, happy, happy. She lives in Columbus Ohio but we have been able to see each other every 2 weeks for the last month and a half. She will be visiting me early Oct. and that will be awesome. We are planning on going to the Amos Lee show here in MD at the Rams Head Tavern in Annapolis... when then damn tickets finally go onsale today.
It is an intamate place that has about 50 tables ( 4 to 6 seats each ) and a small stage. We are going with my parents for dinner and a show. It does look like she is moving to San Fransisco in the next year and that will make our travels much further. She is da bomb and we are connecting on many ways... everyday seems like we connect on something different than the last. That being said I guess it looks like we will be spending alot of time on airplanes in next years to come.
It's now that the Polyplush Cats begin to work on the next leg of our 10 years in the making " A true life story of Sex, Drugs and Rock n' Roll " tour ... looks like we are only going out for a few weeks in nov so no west coast shows this time. Well it's time for me to work on the new BIO and show dates so I am out like ( you fill in the blank ) _______________________.
