Well I'm back for a few days from Atlantic City New Jersey ( where I've been working ) ... I was up there on the beach ( not having any fun ) planting beach grass for an environmental company ... Good money but it sure does use muscles I haven't used before ... I am leaning over all day for 10 hours putting stalks of beach grass in holes in the sand ... We have a pretty good crew ... My boss is my singer/bass players husband Tony ... I have to leave on tuesday evening to go back up again ...
Before I leave Nikki and I are going down to the RV place on monday to sign on our new RV ... Well it will be new to us ... It is a 29' 1996 ford E350 chassy with a tioga montara shell ... It has 5, count em' 5 sleepnig areas ... 2 of them are twin beds in the back bedroom area, another is a fold down couch behind the passenger seat, the next is across from that behind the drivers seat ... It is a 2 bench with a table in the middle combonation that the tablt drops down between the benckes and then the cushens slide into place to form a full size bed & last but not least is the bed above the driving area ... It has the shower on the passenger side of the vehicle and the bathroom on the drivers side with the toilet and sink ... Between the bathroom and the 2 bench table combo is a 3 burner stove with an oven ... Also it has a microwave and a coffee maker and a sink ... On the other side next to the side door and the shower it has a pretty big fridge and freezer combo ... On the outside it has a couple big storage area under where the twin beds are ( hopefully big enough for my guitar cabinets ) ... It also has the awning that slides out on the passenger side and it has a 2 speaker tape deck cobo for the outside are and on the other side it has a shower head attatchment for when it get warm and we are really dirty ... That pretty much discribes the new tour vehicle / vacation RV for Nikki and I ...
Hopefully I can see some of you out on tour and we can chill and drink beer / vodka / and maybe a little blackhaus in the RV ...
