so yeah, it's been a red hot minute since i've posted on here, guess i might as well update. i got transferred from my ship in March to go to recruiting duty in the Chicago district. that's pretty cool. i certainly like it much better than ship life. all my friends are currently deployed on the Eisenhower, and i miss them, but shore duty is just too awesome. so i'm currently stationed in Wausau, WI, which is different but mostly in a good way. I'm from the south (Georgia), so i'm not sure how this first winter is gonna go. when i bought my house, the people who sold it to me gave me their snow blower for free, i'm pretty sure out of pity. so far i'm loving it. i already found a good powerlifting gym up here. now i just need a good tattoo shop, and some fuckin money. right now i'm in my basement, chilling on the bean back watching Netflix. i quite literally just finished watching Luke Cage, and i just started Jessica Jones, which i wish i had watched months ago. the Marvel Universe is sucking me in! i'm so fuckin pumped about Dr. Strange! i'll be in London when it comes out, so i guess i'll find a good theater to go watch it in there. anyway, i'm mildly drunk and can't think of anything else to talk about, so i'm just gonna keep watching Jessica Jones. only on episode 2 so far. hope y'all have a great weekend!
