Sorry for the Little inactivateness, was dealing with a lot, but I feel a lot better now. I spoke with a pretty good therapist and gave me some suggestions to help me deal with depression and I must say that I know I can get much better now. The other day I went for a 5 hour walk and it helped me to sort through a lot of stuff and learn a lot about myself too. I will be doing walks like this at least once a week, because I feel so liberated and like a ton of weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Today I did a lot of yard work for my mom and it gave me such a great feeling, right until I got stung by a wasp lol ☹️
and I have more to do tomorrow lol.
that red spot is where that damn wasp stung me. I swear wasps, hornets and bees can really kill a good mood 🤣🤣🤣.
But other than that, I’m in a very good place ❤️
