Happy Veterans Day to all those wonderful people out there who have served or are serving in our Military. I for one am very grateful. I always knew that veterans day used to be called Armistice Day or Remembrance Day, for it was the day the armistice was signed, ending world war one. However, I only recently learned that this even happened on the 11 hour! It was signed on the 11 hour of the 11 day of the 11 month of the year (1918). How cool.
