Oh I know, he's a really funny author. Caustic at parts, but that's a good thing, haha. I watched some of Dead Set, but it was pretty haunting nonetheless. The ending especially. Weird. The ads made it look almost funny, but it wasn't so funny during it. Haha, don't worry about the whole "positive thinking" shite, I'm not gonna go anywhere near that crock o' shit, haha. No way I'm just going to ignore it. I'm still going to be complaining my ass off, just not on my blogs. I have a few people I can send emails to, they're always willing to hear me out, and offer any advice they can. I'm going to post in some of the private groups too. Just keep it from polluting my blogs, I think. Not make me out to be the "complain-y" guy the whole time. Anger's a good thing sometimes. Can motivate you to get things done.

Firstly, I dont particularly like my new job. Im not going to be all snobby and go into much detail about it, or why. Plus its a pay-cheque and I am only there for another month. Or at least i hope so, i hope to get something better to replace it in the new year.
i've been going...

I also got a new car today, my first car in fact. My dad was sick of me hanging about the house, or taking my mam's. so, low, behold- a '99 Toyota Yaris Tera, 1L, 5 door thingy-magige. Oh, also it is important not to neglect the fact it is...

Yes. I totally agree! Skipping days is awesome... The odd day. No strippers?! That's not cool! Nothing like banana-hammocks at a Granny's birthday party. Haha

I know what you mean about Dublin. Not too fond of it myself. That's why i like Galway and Cork. Smaller and just, i don't know, cosier. Lot's of dublin is pretty dodgy

Haha. The Father Ted with Pat Mustard was on last night. "hehe Father, when that bomb goes off, they'll hear it all the way in the North Po-" and the always fun "Father, Pat wants to know if he can put his massive tool in my box. What?! That's the most outra- Well you see, Father, it's just too big for my milkfloat"

Cheers! biggrin

time for a new blog.
i love thursdays, i always say they are like an under-rated friday. if you work a 9-5, like i used to, i think you can appreciate this sentiment. plus they dont carry all that pressure to have loads of plans and be in a super-good-mood that a friday has.
so far this week has been excellent, i met up with...

yeah the video is pretty freaky alright... even for Tool it's creepier than normal. also... one of the funniest episodes of that was on last monday. with The Beast of Craggy Island! excellent!! "And it has no eyebrows... Except on Saturdays. And it's got claws as big as teacups. And when it yawns it sounds like Liam Neeson chasing a load of hens around in a barrel"

the one fortunate thing about the situation is that we're no longer working together, which we were before. break-ups are always easier when you don't have to see the other person, especially when there's a 'michael' involved. but i'm not taking it personally. history is a powerful thing where relationships go. i don't bear her ill will, i hope he's not the arse she was always saying he was anymore. . . mostly.

yeah, famous last words. my weekends are generally pretty quiet (not out of choice) but then the weekends i really just want and NEED to have a quiet relaxing time, something invariably pops up. generally some elderly relative's garden, or my mother rejigging something in her house, or a friend having relationship problems and using my place as a getaway location. . . which happens far more often than irt really should. i swear i could be a marriage counsellor the amount of mediation and advice i've had to give out to friends who've fallen out. . . and at leats i'd be getting paid whatever

so today i got offically made insurance champion at work, and i got my nipple pierced-that sums up my life so well right now. everything seems to revolve around work at the moment, which i never wanted, especially not in a job like this, therefore i try for ways to cling onto who i really am. painting, or witing would probably be less painful... it...
