I only eat when I actually *feel* hungry. And then when I do eat, I don't eat until I get that *full* feeling... just enough for the hunger to go away for a while. Sure, sometimes it seems like I'm eating a billion small meals or snacks a day, but the pounds melted off. Oh yeah, and I quit drinking soda... all soda, even diet. Okay, occasionally I break down and have some soda, but not much. If I had kept drinking so much Dew every day, I might have turned into a Mountain.
