Thank you everyone for your kind words. It did help.
Now I'm studying for a stupid 20th Century sculpture test next Monday (among other assignments). So I'm very busy and not at all happy about it. I'm sorry I missed bowling but I had other things I needed to take care of. I don't want to talk about it.
This will be a picture heavy blog just as a warning to everyone. These are a selection of the pictures I've taken over the past couple weeks.
Enjoy.
First my art as of late:
This is Ishra. She is a fallen angel. The mask she is holding is the Face of God.
Ishra and the Face of God
The little figure on the bottom is me, above me, floating in mid air seemingly formless, is the Face of God. The piece of paper says "God is not alone. I've seen many. I've known a few. Not all of them are so nice..."
Another picture of Ishra.
An old pillow I used as a canvas of sorts.
Me and George.
"It's hard to say what's good."
Me again. The paper says "I was once an angel. My body remembers the feeling of being in flight. My soul remembers the price of falling. Perhaps that's why I'm afraid of heights."
Close-up.
This is the little Grunty my hubby bought me. He's so cute!!!! Now he lives in my bookcase right beside the picture of us. YAY!!!
A sidewalk chalk drawing I saw on Yonge Street last time I was in Toronto. It's very beautiful I think.
I saw this is a storefront window display (Lavish&Squalor I believe). Yes, it's a rat in a bowl. Coincidentally I bought a scarf in this store (which is blue and gold and very beautiful), because I saw this. So I guess it worked.
A sign I saw in Chapters. I think this says it all.
Took this in World's Biggest Bookstore. My hubby, George, and Stephen Colbert HEHEHEHEHE
And pretty pigeons to leave off with.
I hope you all enjoyed this small tour of my world.
Now go home and tell someone you love them.
