Previously I'd posted that I couldn't post pictures, now I've figured out why. It's my fault, ya ya ya....anyway.
This past long weekend was so fun! Rented and bought movies, went walking, shopping, eating LOL!!! George was up the whole weekend until Tuesday. He even saw me off to my first day back to school.
This is him doing his best to promote a make-your-own-wine shop
And apparently he's gotten into some of the brew
Seriously, the area where that sign was smelt like booze. The air reeked of it. This was actually outside of the Blockbuster we went to to rent movies. We rented Dr. Strange: The Sorcerer Supreme, Wild Hogs,The Number 23, Children of Men and Auqua Teen Hunger Force Comma Movie Film For Theatres. I liked them all although Children of Men was kinda slow and seemed like something was lost in the translation from book to film. George hated 23.
This was taken when we went shopping. We like visiting bookstores since we're both avid readers and I picked up the latest Christopher Moore book off the shelf and George snapped this pick. I think it says it all...
Service with a Smile!!!
And then I was playing around with my silk robe on Monday and this is a result:
The smile seems a little stretched but otherwise I love this pick. These last two are so me
Movies we bought:
Dr. Strange: Sorcerer Supreme (George bought it after we had rented it. It was that good )
The Princess Bride: Dread Pirate Roberts Edition
Mary Antionette (for $10!!! DANCES!!!)
CLERKS X and CLERKS 2 (bought them in a package deal for $14! WOW!!)
I also got my new issue of Juxtapoz Magazine in and it has an interview with Sylvia Ji!!! One of my favourite artists!!! She rocks!!!!!
That is all for now
I think I need to take more picture
