hey, dolls! my new jobbie is just fine. I really like it. the responsibility is approaching overwhelming, but what I learned most from my past jobs is to keep your head and level and don't let them see you sweat. I am holding the confidence I should have always had and asking questions like crazy. yeah, I wanna learn everything and they love it! I found mistakes, solved problems, and did more work than expected. jeez, I am impressing myself.

I love being a scientist. It feels so good to say that. I have pics of my daughter on my desk for inspiration and a boss who keeps telling me that he prays to god that I will be successful because he is happy with me. how's that for incentive! it seems that if other people have confidence in me, why shouldn't I have confidence in me? yeah.

So far, I have worked on some crazy color hair dyes and awesome products. we make not just the salon colors, but manic panic type colors. and bleach powders. tons of bleach powders, that's mostly what I work on. I can take anything I want home and try it! maybe when I am comfortable, I will.
