I finally went to the beach yesterday and had the most wonderful time. pizza and beer, games, and people watching. Em greatly improves my social life. people just keep coming up and checking her out which then turns into a conversation. very nice. I do like people. it just doesn't seem that way.

My coworker Ted told me friday that one of his friends backed out going to ozzfest and offered me a free ticket. I wanna see manson more than anything. But I can't get in touch with him and don't know if I should go to work tomorrow. I hope he calls me.

I felt like a hot mom this weekend when I walked around with my daughter at the store and the boardwalk. I had my favorite cherry docs and dickies minidress. everyone looked at me. especially in the baby store, where the people in the registry dept stopped a conversation and stared. anyway.

Lately for the past few weeks, I feel significantly closer to em and more confident in being a mommy. My dad told me that he had never held a baby before emmy, not even my brother and I. I don't want to be shy and scared of my own child to miss out all the great things she does. She is so cute and so friggin funny. I love her.

I need to win the lottery cause I just don't have enough tattoos or piercings. Now to find something for breakfast. probably ramen noodles with hot sauce pepperjack with salsa and crackers. the breakfast of champions. off to the computer store and dying my hair.
