i have a serious problem with baking with dry yeast, any yeast...look at this. they look good in the picture, but didn't really raise at all...they taste good though. so much for cutting out sugar...needed to make some treats for my dad's birthday party...

can't wait to hop on the train tonight - i love to get out of the city. and even though i am not that much looking forward to hanging out with my stepsister/brother...i'm sure it will be an interesting weekend.
