alright - today's the last day of 3 months of sloppiness...
bad eating, not enough work outs. i only have 1 month till i'll fly out to athens.
so i'll make this month, april, a fitness month - plus i will start logging my food at fitday again and all the stuff that got me going in the first place...
regular work outs, weight lifting,...and weekly weigh ins. plus portion size control. i just can't eat all that pasta anymore. and i have to stop cheating...!!!
luckily i haven't gained weight - but i need to lose a lot before i can take this one major step,...this one thing i haven't talked about with anyone yet. except for my sister.
I CAN DO IT!!!
it's inside me - and i know what i want - plus i also know that i want to start reading my study books again!!! 1 hour every 2nd day.
