quick update on school: a minor in Turkish and an international studies certificate in Turkish Studies will add another whole year onto my schooling. But i'm going for it anyway.
I don't know what a linguistics major who knows a shit ton about Turkey is good for, but hey, those certificates are hard to come by. i'm gonna get me one!
