That sucks , do they have any right to discriminate due to your injury ? Even if they have you take a physical , there should be no reason a past malofacial (SP?) injury and subsequent reconstruction would dissqualify you for the job . That would not be right and possibly illegal , unless a large amount of your feild of vision is missing , which might cause their insurance company to sqawk about liability and risk , but if you are driving your own rig , that should not be an issue , unless they are having cargo insurance issues . No matter what it sounds like bullshit to me . Good luck dealing with them

Bathroom looks slick. The toidy doesn't look right now though. It looks like it should have an upper crust flair to it, to match the rest of the room. Its too basic. The color scheme is great though.

Nice tv, looks similar to what I have for my computer screen (I use a 26" LCD TV for my computer).

You take some pretty good photos there! I was impressed with the rodeo photos, your camera must have a pretty high shutter speed.

I agree with you. I'm not saying anything else. I read it all, top to bottom the thread, your journal, other journals, etc. I'm not looking to to point fingers or anything, just saying what you stated in the thread was so well thought out. A little abrasive, but... wow.

Regarding your profile pic. Any way you can slow it down? I had a real hard time reading the "What do you see" page, it changes to "the Curch is dead" too quick.

Hi, I'm back.

Thought I'd vent in your journal, because I thought maybe you of all people would understand.

I started a thread topic on the boards based on an old thread, did a lot of research on it, tried to cover all the angles, supplied several thread links for the uninformed and posed what I thought was a valid question, a question originally asked by one of the site's owners, only to have that same site owner close the topic 4 hours later.

And to look at other threads that remain open, discussing pointless topics and some that aren't even discussing the original topic!

Read this last entry of yours. A little too something for me, not sure what, probably the talking about wires and cars and stuff. Never got into cars myself, they take me from point A to point B, I know where the gas goes and I could probably find the dip stick, and fill the tires with air. Other than that I'm pretty dumb on cars. Dude, I would have taken a nap while it was raining.

You should get a video camera, attach it to your dashboard facing forward, like the cops, and record your drives.

You know...I just learned that I missed talking to you in chat twice?? I don't usually go in there...But, as of late...I must admit, I have not only started to go in at odd hours, but I have also hooked up my web-cam (I knew there was going to be the "Take-it-off!" factor...but when I realized it was pretty much a general thing with everyone...I still backed down, But thought it was par with the room)

Is that the Cadillac skin that's essentially sitting on top of a Corvette frame? Those things are fuckin' sweet.

My 2004 Audi S4 is wrapped around a 4.2 Litre, 340hp V8. I've had it up to about 120mph but the tires aren't rated for speeds that high and I didn't like the way it felt. New wheels and tires next year and a trip out to eastern Oregon, we'll see how fast it gets then.

What do you mean by " paddle shifter " I allways think of the formula one type of paddle shifters like on a ferrari etc... , Is that what you are gonna add to the car with solenoids to control the shifts ?
