Taking a four day weekend, though it won't be as fun as it sounds.
I'm watering my dirt this weekend. There is an actual purpose for this. I haven't gone (completely) bugshit.
Apparently my neighbours aren't all insane either. They've all been doing this and I didn't want to ask them what the hell they were doing watering their dirt. This is something we're supposed to do to compact the soil to levelling and loam. This also means I have to buy a hose. Oooo, and a sprinkler.
Monday we have our 90 day to complain about all the things that aren't completely copasetic in our home. I think the paper thin drywall along the winders on the stairs tops the list. The sloppy ass exterior paint job sits second.
New homes may be a pain in the ass to build, but you have someone to bitch to about everything that bugs you about it for a year. And they have to fix it. That's kind of cool.

Saturday is a friend of Amanda's birthday. Should be entertaining. We'll be playing rocks-paper-scissors to see which one of us has to drive. I suspect it'll be me. I think she's due for a night of pished.
