Alright, so I found this recipe in a cookbook, and modified it. It sound vegetarian-y to me.
It requires pasta - amount indeterminate; you will most likely be making this to feed however many people need feeding, or as a meal to take to work over many days. Of course, water will be needed to cook the pasta...
Vegetables - preferably hard ones; I used mushrooms, green peppers, baby carrots, and black olives, though others will work gloriously will this recipe.
Spices - again, this is potluck. Do what you think would work best!
Perhaps fresh, chopped herbs would be a good addition to this if you sprinkle them on top of your meal?
Oil or some sort of fat...
Salt - an option.
Garlic or onions. I used three cloves of garlic, *and* an entire small onion.
Boil the water; once this is boiled, add the pasta.
While cooking the pasta, prepare the vegetables however you wish. After this is finished, pour oil on a skillet and then add the vegetables (garlic and/or onion included). Throw spices onto them, if you wish. Saute them.
Once the pasta has been finished, drain it (of course...) and add the sauted vegetables.
I added macaroni & cheese powder to the pasta at my aunt's suggestion. This tasted good! Do whatever you want. This should taste great.
