o hai everybody, I'm going to plug my sister's deviantART page here.

My sister, on deviantART.
See?
!
She's a little shy about tooting her own horn and all that, but she's got all these brilliant ideas about things to draw (I totally helped her) and stuff so I decided to fly banners for her in the hopes that she'd like, you know, learn that tooting your own horn isn't necessarily a bad thing. Through someone else tooting her horn. I don't know how that's going to work, but it sure sounded like a good idea on paper.
I also want her to pay me back the rest of the money I lent her in 2006. D: Anyways, if you ask me, it's pretty like, counter-productive, or whatever, being shy about displaying your stuff when you're an artist. That'd be like being an actor and having stagefright, or a surgeon who's afraid of blood. :/
She does the usual commissions and all that, but she also does one dollar pony sketches.
"Pony sketch" is her term for a sketch of oneself (or someone else, maybe) as a pony from My Little Pony. To me, these look more like the Generation 1 ponies, but I'm sure if you told her you wanted a G4 styled pony, she'd do it. For example, she drew this of me, as a pony. ...she also drew herself, but herself isn't me, so I'm not going to post that. You're all smart boys and girls, you can find it!
I'm sure if you were to approach her asking for something other than what I've "advertised", like maybe some designs for a calendar or a deck of cards or something, she'd do it, as long as you paid her. After all, it says it right on her profile page that, if you want her to do something else, she'll talk with you about it.
Also, her prices are reasonable in that she charges based on what you think a piece is worth. If you want to shell out, like, fifty dollars, she'll make something worth that; if you give her a dollar and fifty cents, you get something worth a dollar and fifty cents.
Also also, she's got a degree in visual arts. I think she's an Environmental Artist, or something. She'll probably tell you if you ask her.
also also also should I like, put this under "Art", maybe?
