So the other day there was a fire at the apartment building behind my apartment. I saw a column of smoke while I was taking my walk, and coming closer, saw the bottom branches of a tree on fire. After the fire was taken care of, the poor tree was blackened. D:
Beyond that, nothing interesting has happened this week. Later in the month, perhaps around the beginning of the next, I'll start selling some of my belongings and my sister's on eBay. Long story short, she left over two years ago and my mother and I had to drag boxes and boxes of her clothing, metalworking supplies, computer parts, Darth Tater, books, and <I>papers</I> around with us. While we picked at her boxes like vultures and took some of her stuff to Rockford with us last year, we still have a lot of leftovers in my room. When she mentioned a need for money, I suggested I sell some of her things on eBay if she gave me a cut. And once she gets what she needs, we'll go to half and half! I like it.
