o hai again everybody, I'm back from not being subscribed. =D
Since I've been gone, I've started watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and turned twenty-two. It all started when I was browsing Rule 34 and sent my best friend a certain featured image. After the popularity of the show was brought to her attention, she was like, "WATCH THIS SHOW WITH ME" and so we totally watched it together. On the Information Superhighway. It goes without saying that we simply fell in love with it. Since my sister was also just in love with the show in the eighties, I sent the vidya to her, but she was at some comic book convention in Chicago with her boyfriend. So I had to re-send it or something, but after I did that and she watched the show, she, too, fell in love with it. Well, fell in love again. I think out of all the mane cast, I like Rainbow Dash the most.
Bronydom aside, I turned twenty-two last month, on the eleventh. I got some pomegranate-flavored pop, and uh...I think my sister's sending me something. My aunt sent me a t-shirt. My mother wanted me to go to the casino with her early that morning, but miscommunication happened. :/ To make up for it, I went with my her on her birthday, and a couple more times this week. Which is her birth-week.
After like, almost a year, I think I've found machines I can rely on not to screw me over. There were some machines that used reels that I liked, that were sort of okay, but they took those out, so now I stick with he video slots I like for the most part. I don't touch the table games, because I don't have the attention span or patience for them...
In other news, I finally got my bank account fixed, and am applying for a job helping this person feed kitties, as well as volunteering at the libraries nearby. I can imagine the interviews will be full of the same sorts of questions I've answered over the past year and a half... You know, "What is your greatest weakness?" "Describe yourself?" "Do you want to see a movie with George Wendt eating beans?" "Wow, you worked for a private club? What the fuck are you doing applying for this job?" "Why haven't you been able to get a job?"
Anyways, now that my bank account is fixed so I can do online banking, I can sell books on Half.Com. Most of the things I possess are books, so once I've sold the ones I've already read or have duplicates of and so on, I'll have a lot less to cart around with me once I finally move out.
asdf I'm hungry. also, Portal of Evil is no more. wtf D:
