Breast Reduction

So after weeks of talking with my hubby and years of pain in my shoulders and back along with lack of confidence we have decided its time to get my boob size reduced. Either by NHS in the UK or going to a clinic abroad. Has anyone been through either route and can offer any advice or just some support.

My best friend, @adastra_  had one a few years ago. She's said it's one of the best decisions she ever made
