Day two of not having black hair:
And now I am remembering why I dyed my hair dark to begin with. I forgot how weird people are that have redhead fetishes. A few examples that have happened to me over the past couple days. (Redheaded girls, I'm sure you can sympathize with me.)
1) A woman asks me if I know how lucky I am to have red hair. Uhhhhhhh... what? Oh yeah, I totally love it when I have a horrible sunburn since I don't tan, being called stupid names when I was little and being called a fire crotch when older (which is totally not true for me. Just because I have red hair doesn't mean all the hair on my body is red. Fuckers.)
2) A man tells me I need to marry another red head since our "species" is dying out. No comment on this. It's just ridiculous.
3) One good thing. Kind of. I'm more approachable and people are more friendly to me. And I don't have to dye my hair every three weeks and my eyebrows. <3

I fucking hated the attention I got for having red hair when I was a kid. Now that I'm older and my hair's gotten lighter, I'm annoyed when people call me blonde... for what it's worth. The lack of tan really blows.
