here's a sad update , in my nieghborhood they are tearing down 3 blocks of low income housing to build another non fillable space shopping center . And this is based on the wild arsed assumption that they are going to some how extend the main street either around or under the airport. which is totally assurb. in all they have displaced 45 families. mostly hispanic, and single mothers, a womans shelter, and a housing unit for the handicapped that needed minimal assistance. poverty is an issue that hits close to home. i grew up in it. lived off Goverment cheese for years and know how to use food stamps, i'm not proud of it. but when you get a chance to speak up and make a difference why the hell not. all it takes is a few of us to give a shit. get involved and tell these people we dont need no more malls reuse the ones we got renovate and rebuld . not tear down.

Kick some arse momma!!!!!!!
Yeah, I grew up pretty poor myself. Free school lunches and food stamps were just part of growing up for me. The worst was when we got really poor and people would leave food on our doorstep.
I guess that's why I'm spend my money so easily on other people.
