So.. My dog has probably got cancer. That sucks. And this is news just a week and a half after my girlfriend's dog died.

Congrats on the honors thesis (you are talking about an honors thesis right?) Doesn't it feel great to be able to do your own reserach. I actually don't know a whole lot of cryptography, but from what I've heard it's pretty cool. My honors was in astrophysics--star formation to be exact.
Well, good luck! It will be alot of hard work. But, it will be more than gratifying.
