I haven't been around much. I've been back to working on commercials a lot again. It keeps me busy but it's good to be back in the mix. You know you're back in the mix when you're in the mountains shooting a black chopper chasing a car that's not out yet, and some P.A. wearing fancy Ray-ban's pulls up in a Suburban to bring me my egg white veggie scramble breakfast burrito. Plus I love the sexy toys:


We put up some old school looking Christmas lights outside of the house. It's varrry nice! Pretty soon here I'm going to busting out the Bing Crosby vinyl while I do some Christmas decorating. I'm a total dork like that.

I got to hang out with a couple of great New Yorker's the other night. I got my photo taken by tmronin, and then I had a burger at the Standard with ZakSmith. Great to see him as always, and I was very thrilled to finally meet Steve Prue. I am excited about these photos. Speaking of Zak, he drew the illustration for my band's new CD- which is SO close to finally coming out. I heard the final mastering of it last night and Jesus Christ. We sound fucking tough! And that means a lot coming out of me because I have never been this happy with any of our recordings.

That's pretty much what I've been up to, other than shooting beautiful naked ladies of course. I had a lens go down the other day while shooting Saeta from Canada. It was a sign from the Gods I told her. It's finally time to buy my new camera. So.... $4500 later I finally got the Canon 5D and some sweet lens action for it. My head is still spinning from dropping that much dough- but it's so worth it. I've been playing with that camera lately, thanks to a friend that works in a certain rental department, and it rules. I actually even had a dream about it last night.
